Brandon Iurato Joins Paragon Service Group as Training Director
COTTONWOOD, AZ — Paragon Service Group (PSG) has appointed Brandon Iurato as Training Director and Lead Instructor. Brandon’s role is focused on the human side of our security operations, specifically developing and leading training programs for school staff and students.
While PSG is known for elite K9 detection, Brandon’s arrival allows us to provide a more complete safety package. He will not be involved in the K9 training side; instead, he is responsible for the curriculum and hands-on instruction that prepares people to respond effectively in high-stakes environments.
Operation Safe Schools (OSS) Brandon will head our Operation Safe Schools initiative. This program moves security beyond the front door and into the classroom. He will be on-site at schools and facilities to lead:
Staff & Admin Training: Specialized protocols and site-specific response strategies.
Student Programs: Age-appropriate safety awareness and preparedness training.
“Having Brandon on the team changes the game for our clients,” said Carl Smith, Founder of Paragon Service Group. “Our K9s handle the detection, but Brandon ensures the people in the building actually know what to do. His background in tactical law enforcement gives our training a level of realism you just can’t get from a manual.”
About Brandon Iurato With over a decade of law enforcement and tactical experience, Brandon specializes in teaching practical, actionable safety. His goal is to build a culture of preparedness in schools and workplaces without creating unnecessary fear.
About Paragon Service Group Paragon Service Group provides professional K9 detection and specialized safety training. By combining veteran law enforcement expertise with elite-tier working dogs, PSG delivers a multi-layered approach to security for schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities.
